40% Silver Proof Bicentennial Half Dollar Roll Find

I am still waiting on a 1970 find, but this was quite a surprise tonight.

stickered 2007-D on left, 1986-P with amazing original luster beside it, the Bicentennial, then a quite impaired 1971-S Proof with rolling machine damage not visible in photo.

I weighed the 1976 and it weighed 11.69 grams, which is much too heavy for a cu-ni clad. It's too white for a cu-ni clad, too.

Congrats! Just check the rims, it should look just like any other 40%er you find roll hunting.

That is quite heavy for a Kennedy! Lucky Find! Congrats!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!

Nice find! Definitely a lot cooler than the usual 40%.

Nice find... never have had any luck with Kennedy rolls... been through a lot of them, and all clad. Cheers, RickO
