Not my auction but I'm tempted even though I can't really swing it right now.

Why doesn't the seller upgrade it?
Maybe seeing the reverse would explain some things?

Looks way undergraded. The marks in the field by the Y in Liberty must be alot worse that the images show.

I can see the reverse.
<< <i>Rob, the reverse is the side with the eagle.

Wow, That's funny! It wasn't there the first time I looked at it. Mebbe something to do with the nook I'm using.
And, now, I agree, looks like a really nice coin for the grade

Edited. The eye looks weird, or is it just me?

This is the best answer so far IMO:
In my experience Peace dollars are one of the hardest coin to grade and grade by pictures. The pics looks to be at a funny angle and light pattern and I would put my faith in the graders at PCGS over the chat room grader here. Besides there is no upside at that price even if it is a 62. I posted a MS61 Peace dollar with good photos not too long ago and people were oh that a 64 or 63 and what not and it is an honest 61 sooooooooo just remember opinions are generally worth what you pay for them.
IMO it looks about like a lustrous chatty 61 peace dollar. For comparisons

<< <i>I would not touch it. It is 61 for a reason. It is amazing what light can do. >>
I'm guessing it's hairlined or has some other issues that are not showing up in the pics.

I have doubts that PCGS would Fup a key date grade. Pics can be deceiving.
Judging by the pics I'm leaning towards 63.
Current Ebay listings:
NGC 64 BIN $1430
PCGS 64 BIN $1050
PCGS 62 BIN $750
The MS61 does look undergraded by a point or two from the pics.

Edited to add:
The pics are taken free handed with a point and shoot camera... Apposed to a fixed DSLR that's mounted on a copy stand.
There's some luxuries to photographing coins that route as your able to angle the coin and camera until your capture the most forgiving shots.
Hence I genuinely doubt this MS61 example would show up looking as mark free as the sellers images.
