2 FEATHER BUFFS?
I have Ron Popes book "The Abraided Die Varieties" and was wondering if there was a guide line as to what is considered a true 2 feather and a 2 1/2 feather? Who would be the best source to atttribute this? I know Ron has a login here so maybe he will chime in. I have a 1928-S that has a very small remnant of the third feather.

Thanks

Hope that helps!
I have also cherried 2 1919-D 2 feathers in the last month off of Ebay. One seller had 2 1/2 feathers but it looks like a 2 feather to me. The pic is
