You were not spamming. Any message board where the first page had 5 DAYS worth of posts cannot complain if three of them are by one person. That is silly. Now, three threads on a busy board might be a problem, but not on THAT board. Darkside is different--in a good way. I say we should just have some cookies and not worry about it.

I am of the opin if you don't care for it, don't click on it, and don't get flipping annoyed. I guess it is my true conservative live and let love attitude that predominates my thoughts. But there are those fringest "have to get the panties bunched up" types that have to be persistently persnickety about being the posting police. And they make it "fun".

Don is simply keeping up with the older Darkside unwritten rules, when we didn't have our own BST forum, but instead our weekly BST thread in THIS forum, and before that, we were simply posting personal SSP* threads when we wanted to sell something, often accompanied by a giveaway to compensate for the "spam". God forbid, we never had any self appointed forum sheriff here as far as I can remember , because we never needed one.

How come that the giveaway is over so quickly? Did you change your mind?

* it's been so long, that I forgot what SSP stands for...
