<<<<<UPDATE BELOW>>>>>

Below are some images.............as cruddy as they are this is a very clean Franklin.
Under a loupe and my Dino scope I see no rubs, scratches or hits.....maybe a weak strike?

Anyways its in a MS66 NGC holder NO Full Bell

It appears to me to have FBL lines.

Question....what's the best way to crossover and try for FBL?

Send in slab with minimum MS66FBL or take a chance and crack it out?

Usually, I just crack and submit but I feel confident that its full bell, but not confident it will 66 again as there are many scratches on the slab
and without seeing it raw I cannot be confident it will 66

This is the closest I can get to a full image without reflection but does not show color and the scratch you see is on the slabimage

The rest show color and the last shows a up close image of the bell lines, but even with the dino lite it can't see through the scratches either

<<<<<UPDATE>>>>>.....remember these images are shot through the slab, I do not see any hits or scratches other than on the obverse
a redding hit in he=is hair.

I have some new images, do you think it will cross to PCGS as a MS66 and what change do I have at a FBL?
