with that picture its difficult to tell but my initial response in no.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
The name is LEE!

In a well defined DDR, the ED in UNITED the E&D are doubled with distinct extra serifs of the E...I do not see this definition in your example. So, offhand, no it is not a DDR

Does not appear to be.... checked other pictures online and do not see the defining characteristics on your coin. Cheers, RickO
