61 was my first thought. I can't see how it could grade any higher than that. I don't really see any wear. Maybe a rub on the cheek to bring it to AU-58. But my gut says 61.
It's pretty much the definition of an MS60. There is no wear, but there are heavy abrasions on the devices and in the fields. I don't think it would make MS62 at PCGS.

Should 62.....on a Tebow day, may 63 (but shouldn't).
