  On another board. This is far fetched to you? They already have the tech to do it and they know the previous UHR was very successful for them.

  I had the idea of a reverse buff cross my mind, but hadn't heard anyone else talk about it. It won't be 2012, but I won't be surprised to see an RP or fractional buffs for the 100th anniversary--2013.
