I don't see the point of this thread other than opening yourself up to be robbed.

I'm very sorry to have to say this but
why in the world would you want to tell
the public that you have coins in your home.

I just read your BIO - and without too much work
I could locate your home. I may have to go to a few
homes, but, I'm sure I could find you. The same goes for
    me and my BIO.

I keep everything at the bank in three large SDB's.
    Regardless... and so should you.

Or to lead someone else to do the same.

BTW, I would love to keep my coins at home. But even with my ferocious guard dog, Aki, it is not an option.

Some, alla of my good stuff is in a safety deposit box. Any other coins, honestly, grab the laptop or Ipad, it'd be worth more. Please, let the dog out and burn down the house on the way out, I'm underwater.

I actually thought it could be an entertaining thread regardless of where I stored my items of value. Regardless of whether or not people respond truthfully or with anxious nerves I suppose it could be problematic.

That said, I rescinded the first post.

About the only coins you'll find at my house is the pocket change I pulled out of my pants and threw on the dresser at the end of the day.

Keeping collector coins at home is beyond foolish. Even having them delivered to the house is not wise (some sellers are indiscreet and carelessly package items).

I keep mine at home... come on down.... but come prepared. Never had a problem, but that is because of proper security measures. Those who are unwilling or unable to properly secure their abode or defend it, should store them elsewhere. Cheers, RickO
