New Scanner. How do these scans look?

  • The scans look a bit blurry. I'm surprised there isn't a setting to eliminate the blur the case gives.

Thanks again for the coin scans, the V30 scanner did a really nice job picking up the cameo on the NGC coin!

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

I have not seen it available at any of the typical retail outlets...

The software I am using from the Canon Scanner I had is nothing special that I can tell. To be able to "Crop" "resize" and "sharpen" are really basic features that should be available with any good Photo editing software. Thats why I was surprise the v30 was so limited with its editing features.

I like your scans better. I used the Epson software, I'll have to experiment with the settings.
