What would this coin grade in a PCGS holder?

This looks like a really nice coin to me, any opinions on what it would grade in a PCGS holder?

Hard to guess accurately from a photo...that said, down two grades is a fair bet.

My first reaction was 62, possibly 63.
But with the lost of frost across the cheek, jaw and in the hair, 58 wouldn't shock me.

Just a 2-point drop would, however.

While it doesn't have any bad hits, the luster isn't there for anything higher than 63.

I'm going with a Geniune holder. Surfaces, especially the cheek, look a little unfresh.

58 to 63 at best........assuming it gets a grade. This is a turd in sheep's clothing.

The fields aren't consistent.

The detail would place it at 58-63 for me but I wouldn't be surprised if some work had been done.

I bought a sgs coin once when i first started on ebay - looked great until it arrived. Totally whizzed.
Plus I have seen many ms70 graded coins in their holders.
I would investigate the SGS thing first.
