I bought a sgs coin once when i first started on ebay - looked great until it arrived. Totally whizzed. Plus I have seen many ms70 graded coins in their holders. I would investigate the SGS thing first.

But with the lost of frost across the cheek, jaw and in the hair, 58 wouldn't shock me.
Just a 2-point drop would, however.

The detail would place it at 58-63 for me but I wouldn't be surprised if some work had been done.
