Anyone dealt with Victorian rare coins?

Andrew Seminerio is the owner. He has a massive inventory. Seems a little fully priced and no images. Are his prices flexible?

Doesnt like it if you return something was my experience. When I inquired a second time he said the item was non refundable. Never bothered after that.
All coins kept in bank vaults.

I knew Andy from the shows when I lived in New England. He is a good guy when you meet him in person, and I bought a few coins from him when I was a dealer. As I've found in most numismatic business situations, it's better to deal with him in person, but then again, I'm old fashioned.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Me as well, but having no images ( let alone no return privileges )
does not sit too well with me.

He does seem to have a nice inventory.

I have bought one or two from him, good quality, very high price. Never tried to return anything.

I have requested images on two occasions and they were sent within a day or two.
