    Hold the check until a few minutes before midnight on the 21st, go to one of those ATM's where you can insert your check for deposit.

    In these kinds of class-action suits I would like if you got a huge over-sized novelty check in the same dollar/cents amount as the real check, then it would actually be somewhat meaningful.

    I got a one cent check from UBS, since I was going to Chase anyway I gave it to the teller with a deposit slip and she gave me a blank look so I replied "well they sent it so I'll deposit it" LOL....

    I still have the check but it is a few years old, I think I will have to call for a replacement check.image

    Even better are class action awards where, instead of a check, all you get are coupons or discounts... for purchases from the d-bags you dealt with to begin with.

    I got mine for 6 cents.

    Just for fun, I was going to deposit it when my wife reminded me the banks here charge a $10.00 fee for foreign checks (I'm in Australia).
