One from RWB, and one from today's Santa Clara show. I also found a '13-S Lincoln to replace the one PCGS bought back.
The show wasn't too quiet but many of my favorite dealers wisely headed to Baltimore. The PCGS table was buzzing all day long. Everyone seemed to have the same 15 lb. box of coins. ???
Lance.

<< <i>Nice 1802 with the 1/000 fraction ( I don't know the Sheldon #), and the '13-S is a beauty. I'm guessing 65RB on that one.

Right you are, Jim. It's almost full red. I've seen many graded red with much more brown. A 65RD is priced about $5k more. Wow.
Lance.
Is the '95 a thin planchet variety?
How can I tell? It's slabbed, so I don't know that weighing will help.

<< <i>I don't know, Greg. It's a plain edge but didn't the thin planchets come in both lettered and plain edges?

Certainly smarter people than me may know more, but at this point I think it's an S-78.
Most of these were struck on thin planchets, plain edge, but there are a few known struck on thick planchets, also with a plain edge.
I guess visually you could compare it against any 1794 cents you may own, and see if it appears to be the same thickness or not?
Or if you crack it for your set, then you could weight it, measure it, etc.
<< <i>Nice pick-ups there Lance.

All, but a couple of the thin planchet 1795 cents were made with plain edges. There is a gripped edge variety that brought a lot of money at the Dan Holms sale, but I think that there are only three of those. I'm pulling this up from memory so it could be faulty.
The thin planchet pieces were too thin to accomodate the edge lettering.
