Officially 25th Sets have arrived Pic's included
Two boxes just arrived, for supposedly single sets the boxes are huge. Looks like you could fit fives sets in each box? I posted yesterday that two orders showed shipped and theweights were 4.2 and 8.2 for single sets.

Nah, that box looks improperly handled and most definitely circulated...AU58 tops.
Delivered by air. Let it be known that aviation had its small part in this historic numismatic moment.
Maybe we should ask some help from the sports mem guys, they grade and put unopened packs in plastic holders, could we do the same for the 25th
They could help grade the corners and centering of tape/labels
yes, it starts out that big. once the quality checks are done it will be cut down. this is a special reel, too. the mill had just switched to a new system to step down the 600psi steam to 150psi steam and that drives a turbine which generates an electricity credit. very exciting.
if any of you have any good board mill pictures or stories to share please post!!!
<< <i>what a beautiful brown, looks to be only ms60 though, the rim dent costs you >>
Details grade AU55, damaged

All the comedians out of work and we get you guys. We just want to know the size of the box.
No I don't, I wanna see what's inside.
<< <i>So size DOES matter..... >>
we all know its what inside the box that counts
<< <i>So size DOES matter..... >>
Only if you hope to use a flat rate box to re-ship.

<< <i>Outside box deminsions and weight on a sealed box of five would be appreciated. >>
The 5 set boxes weigh over 15 lbs.

That's why I posted the pics, the box is huge for a single set, don't you think. So to ship these back out will be a pain, no flat rate box is going to work.

Genuine at best.
<< <i>So does anyone have pics of the actual sets?? >>
Why on earth would you want to open them?
A good many of my orders shippe and a few on the wait list have gone to in process
The name is LEE!
Will not fit in any USPS flat rate box.

Don't worry about re-shipping, if we can't get them listed...
These listings will continue to get pulled by the drones. People need to start calling Ebay customer support, and ask for a supervisor in the "Trust & Safety" dep't.
Then ask that supervisor to contact his manager in Trust and Safety to let these be listed.
It is Seller Risk Management dep't. that has the final say, but we can't talk to them.
Can't wait to SEE these things!
Good luck all.

I don't need no stinking plastic.
I wonder if they are packed sideways like sardines...
<< <i>The 5-set boxes are: 14 1/2 X 11 X 8 and weigh 15.25 lbs. >>
So, correct me if I am wrong, but that takes the USPS flat rate boxes out of the picture, right?
I am looking at their site right now and, unless I am missing something, they don't have a box that these would fit in....
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I guess we need some brown wrapping paper and a lot of tape to send these off.

No, you will have to enter your box dimensions as a large package with the weight and calculate the postage. If you live in So Cal like me, it is reasonable. If you live on the East Coast, bust out a few Jacksons.

Looks like something we'd see on one of my favorite TV shows, "How It's Made"!

thanks for that info. i was hoping and thinking they would be able to fit in a large flat rate one, oh well.

Flat rate has to fit in a flat rate box! Priority is what you are thinking of.
Successful Trades: Swampboy,

you can still go priority in a larger box. i always, most always use reinforced gummed brown tape anyway. if you are NOT sending registered, you don't need to cover the entire box.
i'm up on the air about how much insurance to slap on these if they don't make it to their destination.

Will not fit in flat rate box. I calculated four boxes of five in a single outer box mailed registered, insured for $16K would cost around $100.
Priority mailing fee because of the weight, 50 lbs going about 5 postal zones away (65.05)
Registered fee to include $16K insurance (37.05)
Electronic Return receipt (1.15)
If shipped priority without adding extra service of Registered, the insurance costs go much higher.
