In other parts of the Bay Area it is clear, sunny and about 70 degrees.

So is the storm bringing the snow coming up from Monerery and points south?

I seem to recall what somebody said of Maine: 11 months of winter followed by 4 weeks of poor sledding.

Light drizzle and 82 here in Melb FL.....forecasters are calling for a cold front to blow through to clear this out, high of only 77 tomorrow. Better wear my warm tee shirt and jeans for the street party tomorrow night!

Here in ND they predict a colder the average winter. Gets down the -10 to -20 for about two months straight. If we get a storm wind chills closer to -45 or worse. Oh and the Farmers Alminac are saying nearly 200 inches of snow. Once that all goes away its flood season....thats another story.

It is true that summers tend to be short here in Maine. Last year I think it was on a Tuesday.

No snow in Albuquerque, as a matter of fact we hardly ever get any and when we do it melts the next day. I can see it on the mountains though. Pretty!

Got 2" here, still coming down, beautiful on the pines and the kids are loving it out there. Expect to see some good Halloween

before the day is over. Ahhh to be a kid again when this crap was FUN! We have a very artistic neighbor who makes the most awesome snow designs all winter long - I really hope he's putting something together today!
