Would you even consider submitting a coin...
graded MS65, in a OGH with CAC sticker for regrading? Is this worth the trouble?

If you do that (resubmit and get higher grades), you are informed and educated. If, however, you just describe the coin as being a higher grade than the holder says, you are a lying, scum sucking cheat.
And the coin is the same one, either way.
Pretty cool, huh?

It's worth the trouble if you are planning to sell it AND it looks to have a reasonable chance to upgrade AND you believe you will get more for it in a new higher holder.

I wouldn't bother since CAC /JA says the coin is solid for the grade but not undergraded.
