Some recent acquisitions...

More Pix Added in later post...

This is the first time I've posted pix of some of the Type Set I've been attempting to build. Apologize that these aren't my pix, but rther, the sellers'... still, I wanted to post a few to try my hand at it, but actually need to take my own [better] pix of many others...

So far, then, these show some of the successes (I REALLY like the Seated Half)...

Quite an eclectic look... what are the criteria for your type set?

I really like that 3cs. let me try to guess... how about 64? If I am way off don't get insulted. I know next to nothing about silver three cents.

Michael, while I like all of your posted coins I am drawn to the 3¢ coin. Is that clash marks I am seeing on both sides of the coin?

I agree with you...I really like the look of the seated half; particularly if it looks like that inhand...

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Oh yeah, that trime is sweet. Too bad those white NGC claws are grasping it so tightly. I'm all for an edge-view holder, but those white inserts just don't work with little coins.

The Seated half looks interesting. I'd love to see alternate pix of it. Bet it's really nice in hand.

Edit- yep, it does look like clashmarks on the trime. Some cool ghosting, too.

Shooting for high AU to low MS... since I'm looking at the long term, higher grade coins are a target also, but don't expect to find these raw - and only the halves are raw in this group.
