Looks nice. I will split the difference and give it a 40.

net 35, IMO. 40 details, -5 for rim ding and what appears to be an old unobtrusive cleaning/lightening.

So if a coin is a little harder TPG's will overlook a cleaning and a rim ding? Wow!image >>

Rim ding looks not as bad in person, and pic gives appearance of cleaned
    Coin is not cleaned

    40 all the way (IMO)
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

    I like it as a 40. Closer to 45 than 35 IMO.

I also vote XF40 - plenty of meat on both sides. I like it.

40- all day long and I just am unable to say 45. In my mind 45 can not be dismissed

attractive with very good detail. This is what everyone and anyone should want for a circulated EF.

Without the rim ding, XF45. The neck feathers are pretty much full and not worn into top of breast feathers, the lines in the wings are unbroken, and the bottom leaf on the obverse is also not worn into the cap.

Very nice coin for 1 of the toughest dates in series.

I am going outside the majority....Genuine, the rim bump is just that....and the pics do make it look like it had a cleaning...even if long ago...might change my mind if I saw it in person.....but the bump will not go away.

    second this opinion.

the rim ding limits the grade to a 40, but the cleaning will get a Gennie..age and rarity will not prevail..
