Looks nice. I will split the difference and give it a 40.

<< <i>An XF40 on this harder date coin
So if a coin is a little harder TPG's will overlook a cleaning and a rim ding? Wow!
Rim ding looks not as bad in person, and pic gives appearance of cleaned
Coin is not cleaned

I`m just calling it as I see it

attractive with very good detail. This is what everyone and anyone should want for a circulated EF.

Very nice coin for 1 of the toughest dates in series.
<< <i>I am going outside the majority....Genuine, the rim bump is just that....and the pics do make it look like it had a cleaning...even if long ago...might change my mind if I saw it in person.....but the bump will not go away. >>
second this opinion.
the rim ding limits the grade to a 40, but the cleaning will get a Gennie..age and rarity will not prevail..
