listing
Spotted this tonight on Ebay....sent him a message to correct his error on the listing, with no response, that the coin is only 1/10th gold not 1/4 oz. He just listed a second coin, same denomination, but insists on
calling it 1/4 oz. gold in his listing and prices it accordingly.....just shot off a second message to him regarding this new listing and I don't expect a response. I looked at reporting these but am not sure what
category fits......hope you all can assist....

I guess there's no harm in asking...
Edit: On closer examination the auctions are for lots of 3 ASE's. Oops!
<< <i>Thanks for trying to help, but the listings haven't been changed at all.....apparently Ebay is asleep at the wheel..... >>
Or just asleep, since this entire thread has taken place outside of business hours.
And as it is, the seller changed the title.
<< <i>The same seller also has ASE's on auction for $100+
I guess there's no harm in asking... >>
In fairness , a buyer gets 3 SAE's for that $100+

Yes, I just noticed that and amended my original post to reflect that. My bad.

Thanks for the link..I've had the same issue trying to figure out under what category to report similar problems.
<< <i>Seller might of just confused the $5 Commemoratives which are about a 1/4oz of gold with the $5 Eagles.
A reasonable thought but in practice quite difficult to do considering it says 1/10th of an ounce right on the reverse which wasn't shown. It kinda leaves the motive open to question.Personally ive not sold a coin that i didnt inspect both sides carefully before posting up on the web anywhere.
Thanks I am out of country and asked my wife to place add obviously miscommunication
Glad they got it changed... good teamwork!
<< <i>He changed it. I just got an email from Ebay thanking me........
good job becky
