    Thanks for the contest...

Could you edit your first post and place the results there so I can learn to grade better?

    Thanks!

Cool contest, and lots of fun. If you take out the cam/dcam designations, I missed by 3 points total (I liked #4 as a 67 and #1 as a 65). I am so used to my cams being ignored that I must be getting jaded!image Let's do it again soon.

Good contest. I scored a 325... average of 2 point miss per coin.

    Thanks Russ!

I'm suprised that coin#4 didn't get a CAM designation. It has much more frosting than #1. image

    Endo,

Funny thing is that several of my PR69 '64's have a nice cameo contrast but didn't get the designation. The one you see in the pic is really a 68 IMO and it is my belief that sometimes a coin that really should be a CAM gets a little bump, but no designation.

Geez......I just missed that 3 way tie with a 328 unless I counted my score wrong.

    I had guessed them at:

    #1 67 (that is really a 64??????)
    #2 68CAM
    #3 68DCAM
    #4 68CAM
    #5 67DCAM

Fun contest Russ, thanks a lot !

Sure is hard to see how that #3 is 2 points higher than #4

    Here were my guesses:
    #1 66
    #2 67 DCAM
    #3 67 CAM
    #4 67 CAM
    #5 66 CAM

Hey Bear, I'm like you also. I knew the grades in the contest, but didn't want to intimidate the younger crowd here. So, like you, I placed dummy grades! When we get this old, and can still see, we have options, of course!
