    Hadnt seen a PSA 1 with a qualifyer before.

    also, how come some say PSA 1 Poor or PSA 1 PR
    and others PSA 1 PR-FR
    what is time frame on these grade distinctions?

    I collect Seattle Pilots autographs, 1969 Topps autographs, Signed Mickey Mantle Home Run History cards and have a JC Martin collection (he was my college Baseball coach)
