    I have seen those and have owned them. They are from some marketing firm. The dollars inside are usually generic (e.g. nothing special) and the cases are quite easy to open.

    I recall those or something just like them from when I was about 12 - 1981 or so.

    A take off of the GSA slabs if I remember right. Several marketing companies did some.
