All I'll say is that I search a LOT of rolls and I have quite a bit to show for it. Maybe I'll expand on that tomorrow.

In the past 4 years of searching I would say I have probably found a total of a roll of 1950's era red BUs. I think the earliest I have found was a 1948.
Roll and bag searching has been something I went back to, not because of necessity - but a desire to scan through and keep all the bronze. All the finds are just a bonus. In fact I guess I can equate it with playing a slot machine - you never know if you are going to get prizes or go bust. I had one box of cents earlier this year that produced but a single wheat in the box - but it was a nice VF 1926.
In fact lately it has almost become an addiction, I look forward to Monday mornings when my bank gets their coin deliveries.

I didn't used to, but started looking for those and the 1984 varieties etc a couple of months ago. Unless the zincolns had dramatic errors I just ignored them.

I found an AU55-58 BR 1909 Lincoln cent in a roll. I saw the reverse first and then was blown away when I flipped it over and saw the date. It's in my 7070 now.
