    Looks every bit a 55 FH - but I think the coin has issues.

    I'd guess AU -53 to 55 FH but that area to the left of the eagle looks shaky.........wiped ?

    I concur with MFH....technical AU55FH from a wear standpoint, but would likely need net graded/priced.

    19D often comes with striking issues.

    I'd say AU58. Don't believe all that you see is wear. Doesn't look overly wiped or handled imo. It is a circ coin after all. The left reverse field is pretty much missing most of its
    luster being it's the most unprotected area of the coin.
