The large bag mark on the obverse limits the grade, in my opinion.

I would give it a 64+ for the overall look and luster.It falls just short of a 65

but it is a very nice and pleasing coin. However, it is one of the more available

CC dollars around.

i could see it in an ngc hold as a 5 but, no
its a 4, but a really strong 4

Well since nobody has staked out the ms65, I'll take that. IMO, lots of times the difference between strong 64 and 65 isn't a few ticky tacky marks, but rather the presence or absence of strong original luster. A lightly marked coin with big flashy original cartwheels such as this one has earned a 65 grade.

64 or even a +. And not worth any real premium over other coins in GSA holders.

When I first looked at the coin I thought it was solidly MS-63+, with a very good chance at MS-64.

For my eyes, the only major distractions are the marks on Miss Liberty's neck. Without those, she'd easily be a 64 with a shot at 65, IMHO.

Based on all of the responses, I won't have any major consternation calling her a 64.
