  Does have some slight surface roughness, but not enough to relegate it to a Genuine holder, IMO. I do agree with the grade--obverse has nice detail remaining, and that's the side that's usually worn smooth.

  That one was actually owned by the local dealer at one time. I have seen a picture of him holding it.

  Ankur- I think that there has been a tendency to overgrade chains lately. This coin is better than most but to me is is an 8, 8+ net 6 or 7.
  I would not pay 10 money.

  I assume the long scratch over the hair is on the slab. If so, it doesn't look too out of
  place in a graded holder, IMO.
