Have You Ever....

....changed your mind after cracking a coin out? Have you ever wished you could back-out of the crack-out?

Never cracked one out... and that is a good reason not to in the future. Cheers, RickO

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.

Nope. If I have second thoughts, I dont crack it out. I have a hard time cracking out key dates.
All coins kept in bank vaults.

No, of course not. And I've cracked out items of only 3-4 known total, not merely with some arbitrary grade numeral. (And yes, I keep them raw. I don't play any variations of the slabbing game.)

No regrets here...out of over 200 crackouts.
Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.

Only after I resubmitted and it got bagged for "Questionable Color"! I eventually got it back into
the same holder, but it took several attempts. This was a long time ago before I knew how to
grade as well as I now do. The coin (an early Merc dime) was not really an upgrade candidate
in retrospect. Turned out to be a good education at a fairly reasonable price (considering what
it may have saved me later on)!
