The Old Ladys change find today..............
My wife was thrilled with her $1.99 purchase of a starbucks bottled coffee
today, especially when she handed out $3.00 and recieved in change
a 1964 p quarter, a 1951 d quarter and a 1971 Italian L.50 and a nickel
and 4 zinc pennys, heck so was I, then I said did'nt you say anything
about the 71 Italian coin, and she said why push it, I can't argue with
that.

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.

Myself, I would have kept the $3 bill.
<< <i>As they say in soccer ..... ssssccoooooooooorrrreee!!! Nice - bet there was more in the till ... Cheers, RickO >>
Hey Rick, they say "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL"
My guess? Some poor slob was down to his saved silver and turned some of it it to get his daily, overpriced, barista-fed fix.................
Seriously, though... CONGRATS!! Makes me think about taking up drinking coffee - - - NOT!!
<< <i>Very happy for her find. Now, would she be happy being called "the old lady"?
She knows I mean that in a GOOD WAY, especially since she reads these board's as much as me

Glad to hear that! Let her know one woman on here stuck up for her! She's a lucky girl, maybe she should play the lottery quickly!
