Send him back a polite hand-written letter stating that you have such coins and will be happy to send them to him once he remits payment in full. That's it, don't write anything more, or less, don't give a dollar amount, nothing. See how your vague ambiguity strikes him. His response may be quite comical. I think you've just touched the tip of a very large, very funny, iceberg.

I notice you are selling on here some one ounce silver rounds that on avrage are bringing you $37.11, but since you would of payed eBay Based on the fee calculator $3.35 to ebay, and $1.38 to paypal, and the free shipping you offer would of cost at least $1.75, plus 78 cents or so for supplies as far as I estimate, plus the time listing the item at 5 minutes or so if you pay your self a modest $20 an hour that come to $1.67, that come to the net yielded deducting for shipping, ebay listing, ebay seller fees and the deduction for paypal, if I payed you $28.18 that would have you end up with the same thing.
