I agree with 62. Looks like PL possible DMPL on the obverse, but since the reverse does not even look PL PCGS won't label it with a PL or DMPL designation. This is also common for the 70's and early 80's S mints for one side to be PL or DMPL and the other side to be neither.
My initial thought was that that top to bottom biggie was a big time frost break and I was more concerned with the perpendicular line right of the eye that ends at the North/South biggie..
Probably need to see in hand and it they are all frost breaks this DMPL will grade much higher....
I think that it could make MS-63, PL, but it would not be easy to sell for MS-63 PL money. The scratch is large and in a bad place.

Frost is thick on the obv. I kinda like it, not sure why.
