A Couple of New Purchases
After admiring Bear's collection, a beautiful Merc Dime MS68+ FB, and 2,000,000 Wheat Cents I am almost ashamed to post these pictures. But, we buy what our budgets allow. The first is the newest addition to a set of SBA's I have been working on of late. I know it's only an MS-66 but we do what we can do. The second is one of four toned Rosies I bought and have no idea why. The picture (I took this picture) does not do the coin justice as far as color and toning are concerned. I believe, off the top of my head, that it is an MS-67 FB PCGS.

Edited to add: I have all the proofs except the 81 Type 2 and the only circulating coins I have is this 79 and the 99-D.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
I like both very much too.
I'll quite often pick up SBA's at my local auction for no good reason and not sure why. Got some '99 proofs and misc. other sets.
Still looking for a 79 near date.

<< <i>No need to apologize for your coins! They are both very nice. That Roosie has got some pretty awesome colors. Nice coins! >>
Totally agree!
I know people who have fantastic stuff, but they don't seem to enjoy it as much as they should. I don't know if this is an original thought, but I always say, If you don't appreciate what you have, then too much will never be enough!"
If your coins make you happy, that's all that's needed.
