Nothing like spending $900 for $20 worth of coins. Some will, I'm sure.

This is so wrong. I am wondering which Attorney General we should be reporting this to.

They are charging sales tax in these locations:

    Minnesota 6.875%
Nevada 6.85% plus applicable county taxes.
    South Dakota 4%

I'm thinking they must have put the ad up for Heartless rather than Heartland.

    This is criminal!!!!!

The 2010 U.S. $50 buffalo gold piece - the first .9999 fine 24K gold coin struck by the U.S. government! The $50 Buffalo gold piece is the most sought after new coin of the decade. It's based on James Earle Fraser's classic buffalo nickel design and is struck in one full troy ounce of 24K gold bullion, making it the purest coin ever minted. The originals are so prized by collectors, one recent edition was selling for up to $2,400. Now you can own this coveted and historic coin as a 24K gold clad proof. Presentation case included.

If it was oil they would be investigating for price gouging. If they were made in China it would be ok.image

Well I should hope that a collection of coins from "3 centuries" should include coin(s) from the 1800's......image

The sad part is that there are people buying this material. Also, I can assure you, that if such a set is shown to one of us by one of these individuals, if you tell them the truth, they will berate you, call you a liar and likely never speak to you again. I have been through this before. Cheers, RickO

Why aren't we all doing something like this, if it is what the public wants?

I think I'll hold off on this deal. Thanks anyway.....
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

So true...and as someone who has helped friends and families sell their estates, it is so tough to be the one who has to tell them the truth about these "deals."

    So sad.

It never stops, gheesss, this crap reminds me of about 10 years ago, I was
out at the swap meet out here in So Cal selling and I had a lot of ASE's priced
about $5.00 or 6.00 bucks each in my allstate, I was one of two coin guys
selling amongst at least 50 sports and pokemon cardboard venders and throughout
the day two dozen of these venders approached me and the oldlady offering me the deal
of a lifetime to trade 10x cardboard catolog value fer my ASE's, each and every one of them
leaving highly insulted, some screamin n cussin and how stupid I was when I politley
told them I have a policy that I do not trade Silver for Cardboardimage
