Well got this lamanation error 1948d Nickel in change, i at first thought post mint till on another coin board they told me it was a error

as i said had to get some input on what it could of been and got the correct info needed to say it was a real error and not post mint damage like i thought it was

You know that was the year I was born. I don't if the coin looks better than I feel or if I have Post Mint Damage.

Looks like a nickel I found in change six months ago. Displayed it proudly on my dresser.My son came along and returned it to the monitary system.

I feel the pain man , during the Christmas holidays i had laid out all my Unc state and territories 2009/2010 coins for swapping , it didnt take long before those were gone with the kids to wherever they take quarters these days.
