Does PCGS think I'm a Coin Doctor?

I sent an e-mail to PCGS inquiring the status of my submission... here's their response:
"Due to the volume of orders we’ve been receiving, packages are currently talking approximately 72 hours to enter our system.
We appreciate your patients.
Please let me know if I can assist you further."
I'm assuming when they refer to my patients, they're implying that the 8 coins I submitted were doctored by me and are therefore my patients!

I'm glad they're in process... now if only we could add a "+" to one of my children's Registry sets!

<< <i>The irony is pcgs would probably only need 71 hours to enter coins into the system if they didn't have to answer the phone of collectors inquiring about their submissions. >>
HA! I didn't call them!
Aside from my obvious refined sense of humor... submission forms are entered by data entry personnel and phone calls are answered by customer service personnel... so, it's like comparing collectors to investors!

<< <i>So the guy who drives the pcgs van to the post office and picks up all the packages each day is also not the same guy (or gal) who enters them into their system and sends out emails to submitters? I know he (probably) doesn't grade though... >>
I've heard PCGS picks up mail twice a day. So the "guy" that drives the van to the post office has to sign for all the packages, open all the packages, enter all the submissions, throw away all the trash, package all the outgoing submissions, eat lunch, got back to the post office, repeat earlier work day... I doubt one person is capable of completing all these tasks, let along answer phone calls too.

If he skips lunch there is plenty of time. And, nothing says he can't eat a granola bar while driving the van.

You my man, are the consummate manager!
Sorry, but I thought the same "guy" who drives the van also does the grading during lunchtime.
Getting a bit slack are we?
To be a doctor you must first take an oath "To first do no harm"
