Guess the grade of this 1839-O Bust Half

I am considering purchasing this piece and would like others thoughts on it. Its in a slightly older NGC holder which is VERY scratched up. The patch over the R in Liberty is on the slab. Scratches over the B, and across the cheek are also on the slab. The coin has nice darker blue toning.
What do you think NGC graded it? And what would PCGS grade it as a crossover?

Thanks,
AJ

AU50 for the services and because I like it I think 53 seems appropriate
nice image- nice coin

I'd say "about" XF-45 details with AU-55 toning.
<< <i>I seldom guess what the grading services graded it, but I'd give it an AU-50 with a reservation about whatever the spot is over the "R" in "LIBERTY." That could be no more than a mark on the NGC holder, but I don't know exactly what it is. >>
All that is explained in the first post. "The patch over the R in Liberty is on the slab. Scratches over the B, and across the cheek are also on the slab"

au55 at pcgs , if it has not been cleaned ?
<< <i>Solid EF, but has been cleaned. >>
Possibly an old cleaning on the reverse above the eagle. There are no hairlines on the obverse though.

NGC AU50 or even 53.
Has enough luster for anyone's AU50. I think PCGS will be harder on it because of some right lower wing feather and talon weakness.
At NGC's loosest this could have gone AU55.
