Are there Dealers who still are still whizzing coins?

Is the practice of whizzing still going on these days? There is a very large eBay dealer, not mentioning names, who sells mostly bright white whizzed coins. I'd bet he still uses a steel brush on his raw coins! I thought the practice stopped years ago??? Anyone know any old time dealers still doing it??

As one old time dealer-collector I know puts it, “Sometimes you just want to buy something to keep it out of the hands of the coin doctors.”
..it's so very important to be educated against such ne'er-do-wells.

<< <i>As long as there are newbies to the coin market.......there will be whizzing.

Or people who enjoy buying shiny coins. Not always 'newbies'.
