For those of you looking to lose weight, I highly encourage you to do what you can to get there. I've gone from 232 to 165, and I feel wonderful. My energy has never been higher. I only require about 5-6 hours of sleep per night and I am less tired at work. Minor health issues are gone. My pulse is 52, my blood pressure is 103/70. I don't say all this to brag, because I was the one who let myself get up to 232. I was overweight for decades, but I wouldn't change this for anything. It has been a wonderful difference. If you are one that struggles with this, please don't give up. You can meet your goals and life will be wonderful when you get there.
I guess the downside to losing 18 lbs over the last few years is that according to this site I've also lost $375,000 - that is where my money has been going!

Tom, 249 pounds here. And if I had to guess your weight, I woulda been WAY off! I had you pegged at around 205-210 at best.
Been no inflation here for the last 10 years.
