Looks like it to me. I don't care for the overall look of the coin. Looks to have had a cleaning.

Sorry, I don't want to rain on anyone's parade. Congrats though on the green bean, because now it's a big statement of market acceptability regardless if someone has an opinion like mine.

If the coin is worn beyond XF, there should be no original patina left. Gone. Kaput.

there's the point in her neck that looks like it's perhaps a carbon inclusion, perhaps a punch mark, would like to see a magnification
the area on the reverse looks like corrosion, or perhaps struck-through.
F15 as a grade looks about right, and the small three is a better variety, though not too scarce
