Are there any 57' Roosie errors? Overdates? or is this PMD?

Got this one today after buying a roll. Looks really wierd. It's legit. "7" is wayyyy over to the left like it got a hit from another coin but the blob to the right of it seems raised actually. Thanks for the help.

It's PMD.
A roll crimper or counter sheared the 7 and pushed it over.
