Personally, I don't need to take the risk of trying to buy high-risk coins like this in order to stay in business. So I don't.

The image looks odd/doctored to me too, tough my guess is that the coin is genuine. Still, that kind of risk is not for me.

Many years ago I say a 1798 dime that got past the Bowers and Merrena auction house, and well known New England dealer and me. The piece had Fine sharpness, and looked great on the surface. The old ANACS cought the problem. When I really looked at the fields they really just a little wavey. Incidently Bowers and Merrina made good on the problem.
