Yeah it's real silly and I didn't even bother to photograph the obverse as it's fully under the prong and you can only see the clip with a loupe at an angle.

This error is augmented by the fact that the US Mint "artificially frosts" the rims as well as the devices. Earlier Proof Coins which did not have frosted rims are more difficult to see and less obvious.
