    Nothing major this week with the holidays.

    I did take some random Canadian 80% and some 40% JFK down to the B&M and turned it into a 2010 SAE.

    Some of you might be following the 5 oz America the Beautiful saga. I bought one of the sets the day they were first sold by APMEX before the whole drama began.

    Got the set last Friday, sold it Monday. Here's what I did with the difference, or what I got for my "trouble":

    That's nine 2.5 pesos (@ .0603 agw each) and a 4 ducat (@.4430 agw).

    If you've never seen the 4 ducats before, they're awesome image They're huge but thin, like a wafer. Been a long time since I've held a gold coin and just thought it was fun. These are fun. Like movie prop gold coins, except they're 98.95% pure gold. Anyway that pile of gold was essentially free.
