What do you think of the toning on this Franklin Half?

    Too dark to tell. You would have to lighten up the background.

    I like it.But not sure of the tonning.
  • Surely would be questioned due to the unusual vibrant colors.

    But that's not to say it woudn't get holdered depending on how it looks under the grading lights.

    The graders, not having the opportunity to see it in the holder likely to be the toning "source", could be skeptical.

    But you just never know. If it's 63 or better it would behoove me to at least give it a try.

    I like the look. Is it "really" mint state? Those old holders tend to be hit & miss.
