A brand new book on BOGO bust halves was just released and pretty good. I was able to look through one of the reference collections used when putting the book together a few months ago.

Aside from those Bust Halves, there's work in progress to document all Seated type Bogo's, but more work is being put towards more modern series (Barber, Renaissance, etc), and several collectors have expressed interest in compiling a group of pics together to make a book. It wouldn't take much work, just time and numismatic volunteers to submit their samples. Updates would be made every few years or when there's a significant number of counterfeits which need to be added! BUT there is talk of such a publication at the moment
