I just found something very cool!!

I have a box I throw sample slabs and giveaway slabs into. I was going through it and found a Collectors Club ASE from 2004. I took a closer look at it and found it's a struck-through, but the thread is still in the coin!! Just thought I would share!!

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Cool! I have a similiar 1997 one. ANACS says struck thru wire but I honestly don't know what the object actually is.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

At restaurants they make their employees wear hairnets... PCGS should make their naked graders wear speedos at minimum! image

Medically, a pube is any hair from below the neck.

Hey, I'm sure it gets quite warm in the slab-sealing room. Shirts optional?

I have a similar ASE with a strike through on the reverse. Are these worth sending out for grading; do they go for any premium? ASE's are notoriously checked for faults, I understand.

Stupid thing to argue about - but I thought the word pube, referred to hair from the pubic region, which I don't think includes the armpit, unless you're kinky.

Unique to still have the 'hair', 'thread', 'pube' still in the coin... Cheers, RickO
