How close was the Ford collection to being a complete Red Book collection?

Anyone have any ideas?

    Since there were no Federal issues in that collection, not close at all.

    A Red Book collection is not that hard, there are only 60 or so volumes in the set image

    Yea, Ford did not have much respect from a collectors' and historic standpoint for the regular issue U.S. coins so he didn't collect them.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    He didnt have an 1864 Feuchtwanger Three Cent Piece......
