Did I Miss The Avatar Guy/ Nope Just Got My Changed

Today is the 15th isn't it?? I don't usually get in a hurry about this day but when I
was checkiing out my profile the other day some how mine got changed and I want
it back. Even better I have a neat new one to use of a coin from my collection, so

Did I miss him or not ??

    Last month ...or maybe the month before, it did not get turned on either. image The month before that it was such a narrow window of time that I missed it then as well. I've been wanting to change mine for at least 3 months but have been unable to. image
