No other 1831 half dimes have been graded Poor-1. Sweet. In fact, I believe only one other half dime (an 1836) has achieved the lofty grade of PO-01 at PCGS.
I needed this for my grading set (will be complete from 01-66). I submitted a couple other Poor-1 candidates along with this 1831, but got the "no decision - refund " decision from PCGS. I knew what they were, but PCGS likely couldn't tell the difference between the large 5C and small 5C on the reverse of the 1835 and 1836 I sent in. I could tell the difference, but this is my series and it took me a good ten minutes per coin to nail it down. No problem, I got one of them in the grade desired!

Here are images. The coin arrived today.

<< <i>Congratulations! Please post some images when it arrives. I love lowballs. >>
I wish I took some pics before I sent it in. Anyway, yes, I will take some pics when it returns.
Thanks to all for joining in my "minor celebration"
